1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the GAZODOO marketplace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
GAZODOO is a directory and discovery platform for gas sellers in Cameroon. We do not sell, deliver or guarantee the price of gas — we connect customers with independent sellers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@gazodoo.cm if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Seller obligations
- List only accurate, lawful, in-stock products.
- Honor the displayed price for in-person and WhatsApp orders.
- Hold all required licenses to sell LPG.
- Respond to customers within a reasonable time.
5. Prohibited conduct
No spam, fraud, fake reviews, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. Premium subscriptions
Premium plans are billed monthly and grant additional visibility. Upgrade requests are reviewed manually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep listings accurate but make no warranties about availability, price or quality. Transactions happen directly between you and the seller.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAZODOO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
